Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that after any session has been booked and paid for, you have the right to cancel and obtain a credit note or refund provided you are giving up to 48 hours notice in advance.

If you cancel your session without giving 48 hours notice we are unable to offer a refund or credit note.

If NCSRS have to cancel any session for any reason, you will be given a full credit note on your account or refund if so desired.

Please be aware all gift vouchers have a years expiry on them. These cannot be exchanged for monetary value at any time.

If the expiry date has passed, please note the voucher will be deemed null and void.

Payments

All sessions should be paid for at the time of booking, however we can allow two days grace before we expect the payment to be made.

If payment has not be made after this time then you run the risk of your session be reallocated to another rider.

All payments should be made by BAC transfer. We do not accept card payment or cash on the day.

Gift Vouchers

We are delighted to be able to offer gift vouchers for any horse enthusiast.

These can be a gorgeous present for any birthday or holiday treat.

Take advantage of our one year expiry date, from the date of purchase, to allow the recipient to spend at NCSRS whenever is convenient for them.

Birthday Parties

To accommodate a birthday party, we have to reschedule our group lessons.

As a result of this a non refundable deposit of £50 must be made two weeks prior to the booking date. If this has not been paid in time the party will be cancelled.

The remaining balance should be paid in full no later than five days before the date of the party.

Please note any no shows on the day are chargeable at the full rate.

The price for our parties only include the riding experience which is an hour in duration.

This price does NOT include any food, this can be arranged by separate arrangement.
